Collagen provides structure to skin, bones, tendons, fibrous cartilage, connective tissue, and teeth, as well as supporting the structure of muscles, organs and arteries.

Sourced from pasture-raised cattle from Brazil, lovingly packed in Australia.
Hot Tip.
Take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) twice a day, or one tablespoon once a day.
Combine 1 teaspoon (5g) of dry powder into a smoothie or add to a shaker with your favourite cold beverage and mix thoroughly until dissolved. Let stand for 30 seconds and enjoy. Can be added to hot beverages.

Nutriviva is great, nice powder - add it to hot chocolates or porridge and in gluten free baking to help keep muffins, biscuits and slice from crumbling and added protein to boot.
