Each capsule contains a blend of highly bioavailable nutrients including 50mg of elemental zinc from zinc amino acid chelate, zinc citrate dihydrate, and zinc gluconate. It also delivers 20mg of magnesium from magnesium amino acid chelate, 20mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride (equivalent to 16.5mg of vitamin B6), and 450 micrograms retinol equivalents (1500IU) of vitamin A from retinol acetate.
