Did you know?

Did you know you can generally tell the quality of apple cider vinegar just by inspecting the colour? If it’s very clear and translucent, it’s likely been filtered and processed. This means it doesn’t contain the mother, a naturally occurring strand of enzymes that is rich in health-boosting natural protein, healthy bacteria and acetic acid.

Geography.

Made with certified organic apples grown within a few kilometres of the production facility in the Huon Valley, in Southern Tasmania.

Hot tip.

Add 30 ml syrup to 150 ml soda water on ice, giving 16 serves per 500ml bottle.
