Take 1 teaspoon (5 grams) twice a day, or one tablespoon once a day.
Combine 1 teaspoon (5g) of dry powder into a smoothie or add to a shaker with your favourite cold beverage and mix thoroughly until dissolved. Let stand for 30 seconds and enjoy. Can be added to hot beverages.
