Made in Murray River in Echuca-Moama, from fresh fruit from around Victorian farms.

Hot tip.

Spread over buttery toast, scones, or croissants, or pair with brie or soft cheeses for a sweet-tart contrast. It also works beautifully swirled through yoghurt, pavlova, or cheesecake for a floral finish.

Everything is lovingly prepared and hand cooked in small batches to create a true and authentic gluten-free, vegan and country-made product. The preserves are made fresh with seasonal fruit, low sugar and have a best-before date of one year. All jams have over 70% fruit content - a refreshing change from overly sweet supermarket fare.
