This is simply the bee’s knees of honey! This honey is foraged by the bees and cold extracted and bottled, which maximises the natural goodness. A source of essential minerals and nutrients, its delicate flavour is lovely in tea, salad dressings or cakes. It is light with tropical fruits and a hint of toffee.

Did you know?

Did you know many cheaper alternatives of honey are swimming with fillers and additives? Water is often added to dilute it, and glucose and other cheap sugars are occasionally mixed in to make it taste sweeter. While Raw Honey is pure, it’s important to remember that all honey is high in natural sugar and therefore may affect blood sugar levels.

Raw Honey

Deep in Victoria’s Strathbogie Ranges, on the lush Tablelands, Raw Honey founders Andrew and Moss have been quite the busy bees. While managing their 700 beehives, they developed a knack for Eucalypt honey production. Raw Honey is certified by AusQual; a certification for organic and biodynamic produce. The guys have gone above and beyond, creating a completely off-grid processing facility, powered by solar and with rainwater harvested from their roof. But best of all, the bees are cared for at all times. Andrew and Moss place them where there is sufficient nectar and pollen availability, and they’re given regular clean drinking water. The honey is then harvested ethically, and packaged up ready for our morning smoothies and oats.

Lovely creamed honey

As described.

A light mild honey especially suitable for teas etc - doesn't over-power the taste of tea.

It's nice coupled with apple cider vinegar and boiling water as a refreshing start to the day. And in Mullein tea with a splash of lemon at anytime of the day.

All I have further to say is thanks 😊
