Did you know?

Did you know pesticides, fungicides and synthetic fertilisers are often used on commercial seed farms? If you’ve ever added chia seeds to a glass of water, you’ll know how much they absorb and retain liquid. These chemicals soak into the seed and can’t be washed off before they reach your morning muesli, so it’s always best to go organic.

Geography.

Sourced from USA.

Hot tip.

Made into a gruel, stirred into a glass of water or made into a soothing tea.

Make slippery elm tea by preparing an infusion of 2 tbsp (30 mL) of slippery elm powder in 2 cups (500ml) of boiling water and allow it to steep for three to five minutes.

Amazing!

This product has been a game changer for me when it come to my digestive tract and energy. I am more regular, I don't feel bloated and the taste isn't bad.

I boil 1/2 a cup of water and put 1 teaspoon of Slippery Elm into the hot water, stir well and add a teaspoon of Manuka Honey. Drink plenty of water on the days you take your Slippery Elm to help with flushing out your system.
