About Part&Parcel
What is Part&Parcel?
An Australian online grocery store for healthy, organic and ethically made pantry staples, snacks and household essentials. It was started in Melbourne by parents Daniel and Lia, who wanted one place to buy food they could trust.
How do you choose your products?
Before a product goes on our shelves, we research its ingredients, claims and customer reviews, and we test it ourselves. We prioritise local makers and brands that do good, as well as making a good product.
Do I need a membership to shop?
No. Anyone can shop with us, with no fees or sign-ups, and you can check out as a guest.
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
We deliver across Australia. Shipping is free on metro orders over $120, with higher thresholds for regional and rural areas. Orders usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Some parts of the NT and northern WA need a quote, so email hello@partandparcel.com.au.
Can I shop by diet?
