Seeing as you can’t control how conventional falafels are made, you could be overdoing the saturated fat content without realising. General rule of thumb? Opt for a clean mix that you can whip up when the mood strikes.

Very nice mix of olives that are clean with no preservatives. Delicious in a salad, on their own or on an antipasto platter. Always have a jar (or two) in the pantry at the ready.
