Did you know the old-school table salt that you see in the supermarket is heavily processed? It’s usually been stripped of all-important minerals and contains an additive to prevent clumping. If you prefer pure, unadulterated salt, this is best.
Hand-harvested by Mount Zero and the lake’s traditional owners, the Barengi Gadjin Land Council. The pink lake is located just 50km from Mount Zero’s olive grove.

As one of the oldest olive groves in Australia, the Mount Zero olive grove has stood the test of time. Located at the base of the Grampians northernmost summit, it’s home to 6000 Spanish Manzanilla and Gordal olive trees. Mount Zero is a family-owned-and-operated business that’s committed to flavour and quality; their values are evident in every olive, every jar. Speaking of commitment, it only harvests using biodynamic farming; a natural, eco-friendly approach to farming that avoids synthetic intervention. The grove is self-sustaining — it feeds the trees directly from the soil humus rather than chemical inputs, and the energy supply is sourced from off-grid wind and solar generators.
