Located at the base of the Grampians northernmost summit, it’s home to 6000 Spanish Manzanilla and Gordal olive trees. Mount Zero is a family-owned-and-operated business that’s committed to flavour and quality; their values are evident in every olive, every jar. Speaking of commitment, it only harvests using biodynamic farming; a natural, eco-friendly approach to farming that avoids synthetic intervention. The grove is self-sustaining — it feeds the trees directly from the soil humus rather than chemical inputs, and the energy supply is sourced from off-grid wind and solar generators.
