The mountains have joined with Mount Zero teaming up with Mountain Yuzu; a specialty citrus grower based in North-East Victoria, to create an incredibly aromatic and unique flavoured oil. Whole yuzu fruit and olives are expertly cold-pressed together resulting in a delicious oil, which pairs well with raw fish or ceviche, or added to dress Japanese-style salads.

As one of the oldest olive groves in Australia, the Mount Zero olive grove has stood the test of time. Located at the base of the Grampians northernmost summit, it’s home to 6000 Spanish Manzanilla and Gordal olive trees. Speaking of commitment, it only harvests using biodynamic farming; a natural, eco-friendly approach to farming that avoids synthetic intervention. Getting so expensive at supermarket.
Alot of supermarket imports are cut with other oils and taste cheap or have multiple sources.
This is prime. Love it.
